A 96-room, three-story hotel located in Midland, Michigan has been acquired by an investor group and is set to undergo a complete renovation. The sale of the SpringHill Suites by Marriott Midland was brokered by Marcus & Millichap, with Ebrahim Valliani and Michael Klar representing both the seller and buyer – both of whom are private investor groups. Supporting brokers Chris Gomes and Allan Miller were also involved in the deal from Marcus & Millichap’s offices in Dallas and Austin.
The newly acquired SpringHill Suites will be renovated to meet Marriott’s latest brand standards. This successful transaction adds to the impressive track record of Marcus & Millichap’s Miller-Gomes Hotel Team, which has sold over 600 hotels nationwide since its inception. With active listings across 20 states, ten hotels currently under contract, and a total of 83 transactions closed in just one year (2023), this team continues to excel within their field.
