Northmarq’s investment sales team has welcomed Michael Zimmerman as Vice President of Commercial Investment Sales. Specializing in the acquisition and disposition of single-tenant and triple-net lease retail properties, Zimmerman brings more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience to the table. He has been involved in sales totaling over $1 billion for shopping centers, single tenant buildings, strip malls, office buildings and land.
Prior to joining Northmarq, Zimmerman served as Principal Owner at Ground & Space; Partner at Atlantic Retail Properties; Managing Director at Calkain Companies. He is based out of Chapel Hill NC where he provides support for merchant builders private owners and institutional clients with their retail investment needs.
Zimmerman graduated from San Diego State University with a broker’s license in North Carolina and Florida under his belt.. Daniel Herrold serves as Senior Vice President leading Northmarq’s Tulsa office while supporting the commercial investment sales team alongside Michael Zimmermann
