Northmarq has welcomed Michael Zimmerman to its investment sales team as Vice President – Commercial Investment Sales. With more than two decades of commercial real estate experience, Zimmerman specializes in the acquisition and disposition of single tenant and triple net lease retail properties. He has been involved in over $1 billion worth of transactions for office buildings, land parcels, shopping centers, strip centers and single tenant assets.
Prior to joining Northmarq’s Tulsa office led by Senior Vice President Daniel Herrold , Zimmerman served as Principal Owner at Ground & Space; Partner at Atlantic Retail Properties; and Managing Director at Calkain Companies. Based out of Chapel Hill NC., he provides merchant builders, private owners and institutional clients with his expertise on their retail investment needs while holding a broker’s license in both North Carolina & Florida after graduating from San Diego State University .
