NewMark Merrill Companies has promoted Michael Mendez to Vice President of Operations for its Southern Region in California, covering San Diego County and surrounding areas. Prior to this promotion, he served as Regional Property Manager.
Mendez joined NewMark Merrill in 2004 as an Assistant Property Manager when the company owned and operated five properties in the market. With his assistance, the portfolio of their South Region has grown exponentially to 33 properties encompassing 3.3 million square feet with a value exceeding $1 billion dollars today.
