Cushman & Wakefield has welcomed Michael Madden to their Occupier Services group as director. With more than five years of commercial real estate experience, Madden will focus on Chicago’s suburban office market in partnership with Jonathan Metzl and Henry Lee. During the pandemic, he was instrumental in closing over 300,000 square feet of office transactions across the region.
