JLL has announced the appointment of Michael Colacino as President of Tri-State Brokerage. Based in Manhattan, Colacino will oversee corporate brokerage and report directly to Peter Riguardi, Chairman and President of JLL’s New York Region. He will work closely with Stephen Schlegel, Chief Operating Officer for New York Tri-State.
With over 30 years in the commercial real estate industry, including previous roles at Savills and SquareFoot, Colacino brings a wealth of expertise in tenant representation and technological advancements. During his time at Savills Studley, he successfully negotiated major deals such as Time Warner’s relocation to prominent locations throughout New York.
“Michael is a highly respected market expert who will play an integral role as we continue to focus on providing sophisticated real estate solutions for our clients in an ever-changing market,” said Riguardi. “His extensive experience and relationship-driven leadership will strengthen our ability to efficiently achieve our clients’ objectives.”
The announcement marks Michael Colacino’s joining JLL as head of Tri-State Brokerage without any mention or reference to specific Connect platforms or regions.
