**Miami Worldcenter Officially Opens for Business**
CIM Group has officially announced the opening of Miami Worldcenter, a transformative 27-acre, 10-block mixed-use development located in the heart of downtown Miami. The $6 billion project combines residential, retail, commercial, and hospitality components in a masterfully planned urban environment.
Spearheaded by Miami Worldcenter Associates—led by Managing Partners Art Falcone and Nitin Motwani—in partnership with CIM Group, the development is situated west of Biscayne Boulevard and east of I-95. The site features $100 million worth of privately funded infrastructure, 100,000 square feet of new public space, and 300,000 square feet of retail offerings. The master plan includes 16 high-rise towers supporting residential and hospitality uses, many of which are already completed or actively under construction.
Once fully realized, Miami Worldcenter will include approximately 11,000 residential units and over 1,000 hotel rooms.
Retail tenants include major global brands such as Apple (opening Downtown Miami’s first store), Sephora, Lululemon, Ray-Ban, and Lucid Motors.
The development has already created 9,000 jobs, with additional employment and revenue opportunities anticipated as a result of its continued growth and construction-related activity. Local businesses are also experiencing the positive ripple effects from this significant urban revitalization project.
