On August 23, 2023, Limestone Asset Management and Orion Real Estate Group closed on two Walgreens buildings located at 2700 W. Flagler Street in Miami, FL and 780 E. 9th Street in Hialeah for $15.615 million. Led by Ibrahim Al-Rashid, Limestone Asset Management specializes in investing and acquiring real estate properties of all asset classes across North America.
Kevin Sanz of Orion Real Estate Group headed the buyer group known as Limestone Wells while Brian Pfohl from CBRE represented the seller – Walgreens Co.. This off-market transaction was an all-cash purchase with both properties fully leased to Walgreens; a 17,909 square foot building located in Miami and 14490 square foot one situated at Hialeah .
