"Miami Waldorf Astoria Development Group Secures $668M Construction Loan"

The development group consisting of PMG, Greybrook, Mohari Hospitality, S2 Development, and Hilton has successfully secured a construction loan worth $668 million for the Waldorf Astoria Hotel & Residences Miami. This luxury property will stand at an impressive 1,049 feet tall and feature 387 private residences as well as 205 guestrooms and suites.

The financing was provided by Bank OZK and Related Fund Management in a deal brokered by Jones Lang LaSalle’s Christopher Peck, Chris Drew, Brian Gaswirth , Jimmy Calvo ,and Mateo Bolivar. John Moriarty & Associates is the general contractor for this project in collaboration with CAPFORM. The design will be led by Sieger Suarez Architects along with architect Carlos Ott.

Situated at 300 Biscayne Boulevard,the hotel will offer guests access to various amenities such as a restaurant,event spaces,and meeting rooms.Additionally,residents can enjoy exclusive features including their own lobby area,a pool deck with private cabanas,and spa/fitness facilities.The property has already sold out up to ninety percent of its units,making it one of the most sought-after developments in Miami.
