Miami Hotel Owners Plan Hotel to Apartments Conversion

The owners of a hotel in Sweetwater, Miami are seeking to convert half of their 368 rooms into apartments. They also have plans to construct twelve padel courts near the existing hotel at 1750NW 107th Ave. The project is being spearheaded by Kheeyami Group LLC and One SP, who are currently working towards gaining approval from the Sweetwater City Commissioners for this development. A vote on the proposal is expected to take place later this week.

According to reports from S. Florida Business Journal, The NuVo Suites Hotel was originally built in 2008 and offers extended-stay accommodations over nine floors. It is located just nine miles west of Miami International Airport.

Kheeyami Group LLC is led by Doron Marom and Chen Nagid, with Marom also serving as head of Regional One – an organization that specializes in purchasing, leasing and selling aircrafts and related parts globally for regional and commercial operators based in South Florida. Nagid has experience within the real estate industry.
