Continental Realty Corporation (CRC) has signed five new tenants, totaling nearly 35,000 square feet of space, at Oakland Plaza in Troy, Michigan. The transactions bring the 172,000-square-foot shopping center to 97 percent leased. Mid-America Real Estate Group’s Daniel Stern, Eric Unatin Jared Gell and Eric Birnholtz represented the landlord in all five transactions.
The recent leases include indoor play park Kid’s Empire; sports apparel retailer Rally House; restaurant Meat Up BBQ; and bakery Paris Banh Mi – diversifying tenant mix with family entertainment options alongside Michael’s anchor store as well as Planet Fitness and TJ Maxx among other retailers such as Sally Beauty Supply and Vitamin Shoppe. To improve customer experience CRC completed several upgrades to elevate Oakland Plaza further still.
