MFR Enterprises Signs Lease to Construct Day Care Center in New Jersey

MFR Enterprises has recently secured a lease to convert a 67,000-square-foot property in Leonia, NJ into an adult day care center. The two-story building is conveniently located near Leonia High School and will be known as Lily Life upon its opening in the fall of 2024.

The landlord was represented by Marc Krieger from Avison Young while MFR Enterprises was represented by Yoomi Nam from Hyst Realty for this project. According to Krieger, there is a high demand for senior care services in Northern New Jersey and the new facility will help fulfill this need.

This latest development showcases MFR Enterprises’ commitment towards providing quality senior care facilities in the region.
