Meyer Borgman Johnson has signed a new, long-term lease to occupy the 20th floor at RSM Plaza, located at 801 Nicollet Mall in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The multi-specialty structural design practice plans to move its corporate headquarters into the 12,277-square-foot office space in June, according to an announcement by Transwestern Real Estate Services (TRES).

RSM Plaza’s owner, Golub and Company, is represented by Transwestern Vice President Trinette Wacker and Principal Broker Reed Christianson. Meyer Borgman Johnson was represented by IAG Commercial brokers Jeffrey L. LaFavre and Zach Synstegaard. IAG Commercial specializes in providing end-user commercial real estate services to corporations, government entities, and nonprofit organizations.

“The full-floor office at the very top of the property offers stunning views, courtesy of the floor-to-ceiling windows and the superb location in the heart of the Minneapolis Central Business District,” said Wacker.

Meyer Borgman Johnson, a structural engineering firm with seven offices nationwide, is relocating from its current location at 510 Marquette Ave. S. to the newly leased space in RSM Plaza’s West Tower. The 416,000-square-foot RSM Plaza underwent a $10 million renovation in 2018, which revitalized the property’s lobby and introduced new amenities.
