**GCP Paper USA Expands Footprint with New Warehouse in East Montgomery County**
GCP Paper USA is expanding its operations in Texas with the development of a new 450,000-square-foot warehouse in the East Montgomery County Industrial Park. The facility will be built on a 35.73-acre site adjacent to the company’s current plant under construction in New Caney.
Previously, the company broke ground on a 566,000-square-foot, $38.3 million production facility within the same industrial park. That facility, which began construction in June 2024, is set to be completed by June 2026. Once finished, it will manufacture the company’s line of toilet paper, napkins, kitchen towels, facial tissues, and specialty paper products.
The newly announced warehouse is expected to begin construction by 2030. Both the warehouse and the production facility will be located at 19685 Emerald Lane in the East Montgomery County Industrial Park.
GCP Paper, the leading private-label paper products provider in Mexico, is positioning this new campus in New Caney as its flagship operation in the United States, further strengthening its presence in the North American market.
