Metrocenter Area Office-to-Industrial Project Approved

Formation Interests has announced plans to transform an outdated office complex in Phoenix into a modern transit-oriented business park. The project, called Formation Park 17, will be situated directly across from the newly redeveloped Metrocenter mall with an $850 million investment. Spanning 22 acres of land, the park will consist of four industrial buildings totaling 425,280 square feet. Its focus industries include manufacturing, semiconductors, and warehouse and distribution.
