The transactions included 7 813 square feet of retail space leased to RNR Tire Express in Roanoke; 4 957 square feet of office space leased to Kimley-Horn & Associates in Virginia Beach; 3 000 square feet of retail space leased to Aldouri DDS PLLC in Fredericksburg; Panera Bread’s 4 771 sq ft renewal at Wendover Village Shopping Center; Blue Water Shipping Company’s 2 555 sq ft office renewal at World Trade Center ; H&R Block’s 2 350 sq ft retail renewal at Six Columbus Center.
