Mesquite Industrial Package of 918K SF Split into Two Buildings by Urban Logistics

BentallGreenOak recently purchased a 918,000 square foot two-building package from Urban Logistics Realty, the project’s developer. In 2020, plans for Alcott Station began after Urban Logistics’ successful completion of Urban District 30 – a nearly one million-square-foot business park near I-30 and Loop 635 in Mesquite. The two buildings (B & D) are part of an expansive 160 acre Class A+ industrial space master planned to have over 1.5 million square feet once fully developed.

Building D was leased in full to logistics firm RJW at the time of sale with 592,995 square feet while Building B is available for lease with 325,218 total square feet and being marketed by CBRE team lead Kacy Jones on behalf of BentallGreenOak as new owner.

Alcott Station is expected to be an impressive addition to Mesquite’s industrial market upon completion due its prime location and size offering potential tenants ample opportunity for growth within their businesses or operations.
