Mesquite EV Supplier Prepares for $12M Upgrade

Hexagon Purus ASA, a leading supplier of electric vehicle technology, has recently signed a 10-year lease at Landmark at the Meadows in Mesquite. This two-building industrial park will serve as the company’s new facility and is expected to employ 250 people.

Spanning over 216,000 square feet, the Hexagon Purus space will undergo construction starting in April with an estimated cost of $12 million. The project is set to be completed by August.

According to reports from Dallas Business Journal, this expansion will increase Hexagon Purus’ capacity and enable them to fulfill contracts with Hino Motors Sales USA and another undisclosed North American manufacturer. In March 2023, the company entered into a distribution agreement with Hino for battery-powered heavy-duty trucks. By 2030, they plan on delivering up to 10
