**Mesirow Acquires Bothell Mixed-Use Apartment Complex for $177 Million**
Mesirow, a Chicago-based real estate investment firm, has acquired a prominent mixed-use apartment complex in Bothell, Washington, for $177 million.
The property, known as Villas at Beardslee, comprises 451 residential units spread across four parcels with a combined assessed tax value of $184 million. This acquisition marks the third-largest real estate transaction in the Seattle region so far this year, according to the Puget Sound Business Journal. The seller in the deal is Vancouver, Washington-based Holland Partner Group.
Located at 19128 112th Ave NE, the Villas at Beardslee span 486,000 square feet and sit on 7.5 acres. The five-building development also contains 62,000 square feet of commercial space. Residential offerings at the property include studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom floor plans featuring walk-in closets, modern fixtures, and wood-style flooring.
The complex is anchored by a variety of commercial tenants, including Beardslee Public House, Wildwood Spirits Co., Starbucks, Milan Laser Hair Removal, White Lotus, Marlowe Boutique, and Livewell Animal Urgent Care.
