Xnrgy Climate Systems is a specialized heating and air conditioning company that specializes in cooling high energy-use data centers. The company’s US headquarters facility, located near Phoenix-Gateway Airport, will include 250,000 square feet of production space and 25,000 square feet of office space. Xnrgy plans to break ground on Phase I later this year with construction expected to continue for the next five years. Upon completion it is estimated that the park will employ over 1,200 people.
In addition to data centers Xnrgy also explores new ways to cool and heat facilities in other industries using their Mesa facility as a hub for research and development due to its rapid demand for climate systems solutions.
