Merrimack Village Center in New Hampshire Sells for $17 Million

Merrimack Village LLC has recently acquired Merrimack Village Center, a thriving neighborhood shopping center in the bustling town of Merrimack, New Hampshire. The 82,292-square-foot property was purchased from CP Merrimack LLC for $16.6 million and boasts a prime location adjacent to Everett Turnpike.

Constructed in 2006 on over 10 acres of land, this highly sought-after center is home to a variety of successful businesses including Shaw’s grocery store, the State of New Hampshire liquor store, and McDonald’s. At the time of sale, it was fully occupied with only one vacancy.

The transaction was facilitated by Institutional Property Advisors (IPA), a division within Marcus & Millichap that specializes in commercial real estate sales. IPA represented the seller and worked closely with the buyer to ensure a smooth process for all parties involved.

According to Jim Koury, senior managing director at IPA who spearheaded this deal: “This property offers investors an attractive opportunity with its stable income stream generated by reputable tenants such as Shaw’s grocery store and McDonald’s.” With its strategic location and strong tenant mix generating consistent revenue streams year after year,Merrimack Village Center proves to be an excellent investment opportunity for savvy buyers looking for long-term stability.
