Merrimack Village Center in New Hampshire Sells for $17 Million

Merrimack Village LLC has recently acquired Merrimack Village Center, a thriving neighborhood shopping center in the bustling town of Merrimack, New Hampshire. The 82,292-square-foot property was purchased from CP Merrimack LLC for $16.6 million and boasts a prime location adjacent to Everett Turnpike.

Constructed in 2006 on over 10 acres of land, this highly sought-after center is home to a variety of successful businesses including Shaw’s grocery store, the State of New Hampshire liquor store, and McDonald’s. At the time of sale, it was fully occupied with only one vacancy.

The transaction was facilitated by Institutional Property Advisors (IPA), a division within Marcus & Millichap that specializes in commercial real estate sales. IPA represented the seller and worked closely with the buyer to ensure a smooth process for all parties involved.
