Greystar Real Estate Partners has begun construction on a student housing development at Merrimack College, made possible through a public-private partnership. The project will consist of two buildings and provide 540 beds on the college’s North Andover, MA campus. This marks the largest increase in on-campus housing for Merrimack since 2015.
Expected to be completed by Fall 2026, Cube 3-designed four-story residence halls will add much-needed living space for students. The first building will feature traditional-style accommodations with a total of 79,600 square feet and capacity for 351 beds. The second building adjacent to it will offer suite-style units spanning over an area of61,300 square feet and providing room for189 beds.
