**Merit Energy Investing $23M in Dallas Office Renovation**
Merit Energy is set to invest $23 million in upgrading its new 104,034-square-foot office space at Two Lincoln Center in North Dallas. The company recently relocated from the nearby Galleria North Tower II, which is just over a mile away. Dallas-based design firm Corgan has been tapped to lead the renovation, with construction expected to begin in July 2024 and wrap up by late April 2026.
With 250 employees in Dallas, Merit Energy ranks among the largest oil and gas companies in Texas. The renovation reflects the firm’s commitment to enhancing its workplace environment as it continues to expand operations in the region.
Two Lincoln Center is part of the larger Lincoln Center complex, a prominent office destination completed in 1980 and owned by Nuveen Real Estate. The campus includes three office towers, a 500-room Hilton Hotel, and an outdoor park, totaling 1.6 million square feet of space. Major tenants include Hallmark Financial Services Inc., Invitation Homes, and Gold’s Gym. According to recent data, the complex is currently 93.4% leased.
