Win Son, a Taiwanese American fusion restaurant, has secured a long-term lease in the East Village neighborhood of Manhattan. The 3,100 square foot space at 23 Second Avenue will be the first Manhattan location for Win Son after their successful establishment in Williamsburg.
James Famularo from Meridian Retail Leasing facilitated the lease agreement. The ground floor space with 50 feet of frontage was listed at an asking monthly rent of $27,500. According to Famularo, there was high demand for this space due to new developments in the area and its appeal to young demographics. He also mentioned that Win Son will seamlessly fit into their new location in Manhattan’s bustling food and beverage scene within East Village.
