**Meridian Completes Renovation of RIM Logistics’ New Headquarters in Bartlett, IL**

Meridian Design Build has successfully completed the renovation of a 400,112-square-foot facility that now serves as the corporate headquarters for RIM Logistics, Ltd., located in Bartlett, Illinois.

The facility, situated at 1303 Jack Court, is part of a recently constructed Class A speculative industrial building. The acquisition of the property was facilitated in early 2024 by Dan Smolensky of TMG Real Estate Advisors on behalf of RIM Logistics. Representing the seller, Midwest Industrial Funds, were Michael Androwich Jr., John Cassidy, and Chris Nelson of Lee & Associates.

Meridian collaborated closely with RIM Logistics, CBRE/Turner & Townsend, Heitman Architects, V3 Companies, and the Village of Bartlett to bring the project from concept to completion in under 12 months. The multi-phase development included significant upgrades to the building’s façade and the construction of a second floor, providing 40,000 square feet of modern, two-story office space. This addition was designed to support both RIM’s Chicago Branch and overall Corporate Headquarters operations.
