Merging Units in Richardson, Texas: Capital of Texas Takes Action

Texas Capital Bank is relocating to the Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas campus in Richardson, uniting its offices and banking center. The bank will occupy 160,000 square feet of the million-square-foot campus on East Lookout Drive. Technology and operations teams along with financial services units will be housed in this new space as part of the company’s overall strategy for “key market locations” across multiple areas.

Renovation costs are estimated at $9 million for this project which began earlier this month and features two buildings, a fitness center, and a 300-seat auditorium. Founded in 1998 with headquarters based out of Dallas plus offices located throughout Austin, Houston San Antonio Fort Worth as well as other U.S cities; Texas Capital is continuing to expand their reach within these markets while providing quality service nationwide .
