Mercedes-Benz, known for its luxury cars, is expanding into the real estate market with a new high-end apartment complex in Miami. The company has partnered with JDS Group to develop a 67-story mixed-use residential project that will be one of the largest in Florida at over 2.5 million square feet.
Located at 1 Southside Park in Brickell, the tower will feature 791 luxurious residences ranging from studios to three-bedroom condos. Construction is currently underway and occupancy is expected to begin in 2027.
The development will also include more than 130,000 square feet of amenities and hospitality space as well as office space, health and fitness facilities, a hotel with 174 rooms, retail outlets,and on-site parking. In line with Mercedes-Benz’s focus on innovation and mobility solutions,the complex will offer EV charging stations,valetparking services,a car fleet for residents,and options for bicycle and scooter sharing.
