Mercedes-Benz is expanding its brand beyond luxury cars with the development of a high-end apartment complex in Miami. This marks their first residential project in the United States, and they have partnered with JDS Group to create a 67-story mixed-use tower. With over 2.5 million square feet of space, this will be one of Florida’s largest ongoing construction projects.
Located at 1 Southside Park in Brickell, the building will feature 791 luxurious residences ranging from studios to three-bedroom condos under the Mercedes-Benz name. Construction has already begun on the foundation and it is expected to be completed by 2027.
The impressive amenities include over 130,000 square feet of hospitality and leisure areas for residents’ enjoyment. Additionally, there will be office space spanning over200,000 square feet as well as state-of-the-art fitness facilities,a hotel with174 rooms,and various retail options all conveniently located withinthe complex.There are also plans for innovative mobility solutions such as EV charging stations,valetparking services,and shared transportation options like bicyclesand scootersfor residents’ convenience.
