Mercedes-Benz, known for its luxury cars, is expanding into the real estate market with a new high-end apartment complex in Miami. Partnering with JDS Group, the company will be constructing a 67-story mixed-use residential project that will be one of Florida’s largest developments at over 2.5 million square feet.
Located at 1 Southside Park in Brickell, the tower will feature 791 upscale residences ranging from studios to three-bedroom condos under the Mercedes-Benz brand. Construction has already begun and occupancy is expected to begin in 2027.
The building will offer more than just living spaces – it will also include over 130,000 square feet of amenities and hospitality areas such as health and fitness facilities, retail outlets, office space,and a hotel with 174 rooms. In addition to on-site parking options like valet service and EV charging stations,the development also prioritizes innovative mobility solutions by providing access to shared bicycles,scooters,and even a car fleet for residents’ use.
