Merced Mall Redevelopment Opportunity: Matthews Lists Benefits

Matthews recently listed a large Merced Mall redevelopment project in California at $32,400,000. Located at 851 West Olive Ave. in Merced, the mall is set to undergo a complete renovation with the option to reopen as a mixed-use and/or experiential-use center. Senior director Matt LoPiccolo has been appointed for this listing.

Serving an extensive geographic section of the Central Valley region, Merced Mall is undergoing major redevelopment efforts to ensure its long-term success within its market space. The 53 acre shopping destination will move towards becoming more entertainment and service driven which will result in increased foot traffic and repeat customers alike.

Ownership has worked closely with City of Merced officials to fully permit their plans for redeveloping/repositioning the premises; due to its ground zero location within city limits – local government are acting as partners by facilitating development plans according Matthews’ statement on this opportunity..
