**Mental Health Nonprofit Amanecer Expands Downtown Los Angeles Offices**

Amanecer Community Counseling Service has signed a long-term lease renewal and expansion at 1200 Wilshire Boulevard in the City West neighborhood of Downtown Los Angeles. The mental health nonprofit will now occupy 29,227 square feet across two floors of the building through 2030.

The lease represents a significant step forward for Amanecer, which officially became part of Chicanos Por La Causa (CPLC) in 2024. CPLC is one of the country’s largest Latino-led nonprofit organizations.

Colliers represented Amanecer in the transaction, with Senior Executive Vice President Nathan Pellow and Associate Vice President Michael Naoumovitch leading on behalf of the tenant. The landlord, an affiliate of Sharp Capital, was represented by CBRE’s Vice President Taylor Watson and Senior Associate Paul Ayoob.

“Amanecer’s ability to grow and solidify its footprint downtown is a testament to their mission and the leadership of CPLC,” said Naoumovitch. “Securing nearly two entire floors ensures their long-term presence and reinforces their commitment to serving the community from a highly visible, accessible location in the urban core.”

This lease not only secures the organization’s expanded operations but also underscores its dedication to delivering critical mental health services to residents of Los Angeles.
