**Atlas Men’s Health Signs Five-Year Lease at 505 Eighth Avenue for First Manhattan Location**
Atlas Men’s Health, a leading men’s health clinic based on Long Island, has signed a five-year lease for 3,800 square feet on the sixth floor of 505 Eighth Avenue, located at the corner of Eighth Avenue and 35th Street in Manhattan. This marks the clinic’s first foray into the Manhattan market.
The space will serve as the company’s general and executive offices, as well as a site for patient consultations and services. Atlas Men’s Health is expected to move into the space in the fall of 2025.
Allen J. Gurevich of GFP Real Estate represented the property ownership in-house, while Uriel Gandelman of OfficeNYC.com, Inc. represented the tenant in the transaction.
