Entre Commercial Realty, a full-service industrial and commercial real estate firm based in suburban Chicago, recently facilitated the sale of an industrial building and parking lot in Melrose Park, Illinois. The property spans 28,123 square feet and 52,189 square feet respectively.
The building is located at 1539 N. 25th Avenue and was purchased by Interlake Mecalux Inc., a global leader in intralogistics technology. Entre’s brokers Denise Chaimovitz (SIOR) and Terry Lynch (SIOR), along with Vice President of DarwinPW Realty/CORFAC International represented the buyer while Paddy Dwyer and Joe Bronson from NAI Hiffman acted as brokers for the seller CDC Group LLC.
This acquisition marks an expansion for Interlake Mecalux Inc., which operates in more than 18 countries worldwide providing businesses with metal shelves manufacturing services, warehouse management software solutions,and storage options.
