Medline Industries, LP has recently agreed to a long-term lease for 214,560 square feet of space at 2375 Waterview Drive in Northbrook, Illinois. The company is a privately held manufacturer and supplier of medical-surgical products and is expected to move into the new location by mid-2025.
The lease transaction was facilitated by Transwestern’s Executive Vice President Kyle Robbins, Executive Managing Director Andrew Davidson, and Executive Vice President David Burkards on behalf of the owner of the office campus which spans over 432,000 square feet. Medline was represented by CBRE brokers James Otto, Jon Milonas Paul Diederich,and Peter Livaditis.
As part of its expansion plans in Chicago’s north suburbs area,Mendine will occupy the north building at 2375 Waterview Drive. While there are two office buildings on this property,the south building still has approximately80 ,000 square feet available for leasing.
