Blue Mezze, a Mediterranean restaurant and bar, is expanding its presence in Manhattan with the addition of a second location. The establishment has recently secured a 15-year lease for an expansive 2,944-square-foot space at The Life Hotel on West 31st Street in Midtown, just north of Madison Square Park.
The lease was skillfully negotiated by Danny Volk from Vantage Real Estate Advisors. This new location will offer patrons both full dining experiences on the ground floor and small plates paired with craft cocktails in the speakeasy below. Originally built back in 1895 as the headquarters for Life Magazine, this historic space will now be home to Blue Mezze’s latest venture.
The announcement of Blue Mezze’s expansion into Manhattan comes as no surprise given their success at their first location. With expertly crafted dishes inspired by Mediterranean cuisine and an inviting atmosphere perfect for any occasion or gathering, it’s clear that this eatery has found its niche within New York City’s bustling food scene.
