**Medical Leases Bring Brooklyn Mixed-Use Property to Full Occupancy**
Newmark has successfully completed three new medical office leases on behalf of Urban Edge Properties at Kingswood Crossing, a 113,344-square-foot mixed-use development located at 1630 E. 15th Street in Brooklyn.
The new tenants include VNS Health, which has leased 21,737 square feet; AdvantageCare Physicians, in partnership with EmblemHealth, which has taken 22,081 square feet; and Maimonides Medical Center, with a lease for 9,641 square feet.
Executive Managing Director Justin DiMare represented Urban Edge Properties in the lease negotiations. “These three medical institutions were attracted to Kingswood Crossing’s new construction specifications, block-through floorplates, infill location, and institutional ownership,” said DiMare.
These leases mark the full lease-up of the property’s remaining office space, bringing Kingswood Crossing to full occupancy. The development is anchored by national retailers Target and Marshalls, and is prominently located along the Kings Highway commercial corridor—one of Brooklyn’s most heavily trafficked retail and transit arteries. It offers strong accessibility and visibility, reaching more than one million residents within a three-mile radius.
