Ryan Companies has begun work on One Scottsdale Medical, a 101,000 square foot multi-tenant medical office building in Scottsdale. Construction is expected to be completed by the third quarter of 2024.
This two-story structure is 80% preleased with City of Hope and Exalt Health as anchor tenants. The remaining 20,000 square feet are available for lease on the ground floor for medical tenants.
The building will be part of the $1 billion One Scottsdale mixed-use development that spans 120 acres and includes 2.86 million square feet of space for commercial use, 2,000 residential units and 400 hotel rooms. Ryan’s Jamie Northam commented “…there was significant demand in that area for more medical services as well as a lack of supply when it comes to good quality medical office space – so it made sense” .
