Lee & Associates LA/North Ventura arranged a 15-year lease for a freestanding, 128,700-square-foot SF R&D industrial building located at 26801 Agoura Road in Calabasas. This site will house the manufacturing facility for ResMed Motor Technologies, a medical equipment maker relocating from Chatsworth.
The transaction was completed by president Mike Tingus and principal Grant Fulkerson of Lee & Associates – LA North/Ventura who represented landlord Cypress Land Company with an estimated value of $46.5 million. Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant ResMed Inc..
Tingus commented that “finding the right location for companies seeking critical industrial facilities of this size is challenging in this market; however, this location met all needs required by ResMed.” He also noted that it was first time since 1998 that property has been available to lease or purchase on open market.
