**Medical Device Maker Doubles Headquarters Space in Move to Wilmington**
Hunneman has brokered a 42,060-square-foot lease at 205 Lowell Street in Wilmington, Massachusetts, on behalf of landlord Howland Development. The new space will serve as the headquarters for Goddard Technologies, a medical device and robotics company, which is doubling its footprint from its previous location in Beverly.
“Goddard Technologies’ substantial expansion at 205 Lowell Street will not only support their current operational needs but also provide an efficient layout and favorable economic terms that position them for long-term growth,” said Lauren DeFrancesco of Faulkner Commercial Group at KW Commercial, who represented the tenant in the transaction.
The property at 205 Lowell Street totals 123,000 square feet and features a fully furnished flex layout, including both office space and technical lab facilities. Recently renovated, the two-story building also includes a tailboard-level loading dock and offers convenient access to both I-93 and I-95.
