**InterMed Expands and Renews Long-Term Lease at 84 Marginal Way in Portland, ME**
Minneapolis-based healthcare real estate firm Davis has secured both the expansion and a long-term lease extension for InterMed at 84 Marginal Way, a premier Class A outpatient medical facility in Portland, Maine’s Bayside neighborhood. The full-building lease covers 102,557 square feet across 10 stories and includes structured parking, all under a new 16-year term.
“This transaction underscores Davis’s philosophy of investing in high-quality, mission-critical assets and supporting essential healthcare infrastructure within the Portland market and across the country,” said Stewart Davis, Executive Vice President at Davis.
Downtown Portland, a key economic hub for the state, is located on a peninsula with scarce available land. Stewart Davis highlighted that this geographic constraint, coupled with 84 Marginal Way’s rare structured parking, enhances the building’s status as a signature property in the area.
