Meadow Partners Secures $530 Million in New Capital Commitments

Meadow Partners has successfully raised $530 million for its sixth flagship fund, Meadow Real Estate Fund VI LP, along with dedicated co-investment vehicles. The new capital was contributed by a mix of both new and long-standing investors, including public pension plans and university endowments. Fund VI focuses on opportunistic residential, industrial, and retail real estate investments as well as preferred equity and distressed debt in major cities such as New York City and London.

According to founder and managing partner Jeffrey Kaplan of Meadow Partners, the continued confidence from investors is a testament to their differentiated investment approach led by an experienced team with strong relationships. Despite the challenging market environment, Fund VI has already completed multiple investments across target markets with a promising pipeline for future opportunities. Since its establishment in 2009,Meadow Partners has invested over $2.8 billion through its successful opportunistic fund series.
