MDH Partners has recently completed the acquisition of a large industrial property in Dallas, totaling one million square feet. According to the Dallas Business Journal, MDH used a $258 million loan to finance the purchase of portions of this site.
The newly acquired property is located at 4601 and 4951 Langdon Road and spans over 100 acres. Developed by Hillwood, it currently houses well-known tenants such as Olam Cotton, Fischer Scientific and Genco. Leasing for this site is being handled by Hillwood and CBRE.
This acquisition adds to MDH’s growing portfolio which includes around 30 buildings purchased last year alone. The company reported acquiring over nine million square feet across eleven different markets including Austin, South Carolina and Orlando. These properties boast an impressive average occupancy rate of 99% with lease terms averaging more than five years.
Founded in 2005, MDH Partners continues its growth trajectory with strategic acquisitions like this one in DFW’s Commerce Park area.
