MDH Partners Expands into Indiana with Warehouse Acquisition

Atlanta-based MDH Partners has expanded its presence in Indiana by acquiring a 247,000-square-foot industrial facility known as Washington Business Park 2 in Noblesville. The acquisition was led by Houston Hawley and brokered by Bryan Poynter and Ryan Baker of Cushman & Wakefield.

According to Hawley, the building’s high quality and strong leasing activity make it an exciting addition to MDH Partners’ portfolio. This is their second purchase within the Washington Business Park corporate campus, following their acquisition of Washington Business Park 1 last year. Located near major highways and the Indianapolis International Airport, this modern warehouse offers ideal distribution capabilities.

With this latest purchase, MDH Partners now owns over 1.4 million square feet of industrial space in Indiana alone. The firm has also recently expanded into new markets such as California, Minnesota, Maryland Illinois, and Pennsylvania.
