MDH Partners, an Atlanta-based company, has recently acquired Knox Logistics Center in Perris, California. This Class-A industrial building spans 147,354 square feet and is currently leased by Hardwoods Specialty Products.
Houston Hawley and Georga Rowe of MDH Partners expressed their enthusiasm for the acquisition: “We are gaining a state-of-the art industrial asset located in one of the most sought after markets in the country…The Inland Empire market is an extremely strategic market for us that speaks to our overall strategy of acquiring Class A assets at a compelling basis in high growth markets.”
Knox Logistics Center was built just two years ago with 89 parking spaces as well as ESFR sprinkler systems and 32 foot clear heights. The property located at 17618 Harvill Avenue was represented by Jeff Chiate, Rick Ellison Mike Adey and Matt Leupold from Cushman & Wakefield during its sale.
This marks MDH Partner’s second industrial purchase this month within California’s Inland Empire region; demonstrating their bullishness on this growing area’s potential going forward
