MDH Partners has acquired a two-building industrial portfolio across the Atlanta and Memphis markets. Desoto Logistics Center, a 445,138-square-foot building located near Memphis, and Great Valley Commerce Center Building 1, a 973,218-square-foot building located near Atlanta were included in the acquisition. Joe DeHaven served as lead for MDH Partners while Dennis Mitchell with JLL represented the seller.
Desoto Logistics Center is situated on 32.3 acres at 8150 Nail Road East in the Memphis industrial market while Great Valley Commerce Center is on 68 acres at 200 Logistics Parkway Northeast in White (Atlanta suburb).
Joe DeHaven commented: “We are thrilled to expand our presence into both of these major Sun Belt markets through newly constructed Class A buildings that are leased to strong tenants” He further added that they remain active across all major Sun Belt markets with particular focus on acquiring well leased Class A buildings.
