MDC Acquires Sky Harbor Warehouse for $24.3M

MDC Realty Advisors has recently acquired a 144,907-square-foot industrial property near Sky Harbor Airport for $24.3 million. The seller, American Refrigerator Supplies Inc., also signed a leaseback agreement as reported by Commercial Edge.

Located at 2632 E. Chambers St., the one-story facility was built in 1996 and boasts features such as 28-foot clear heights, HVAC climate control systems, six grade-level loading doors with dock levelers and bumpers, a spacious office component of 30,500 square feet and ample parking space for up to 132 vehicles.

Situated on a sprawling seven-acre lot near Interstate-10 and Arizona State Route-143,the property is conveniently located just four miles from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport,and within easy reach of Glendale (16 miles), Chandler (19 miles)and Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport(31miles).

The transaction was successfully negotiated by Cushman & Wakefield Vice Chairman Phil Haenel on behalf of both parties.
