McShane Construction Company, a leading firm specializing in industrial, multi-family, and commercial projects based in Rosemont, Illinois has been chosen to construct a new community of 124 single-story apartments in Crystal Lake. The project was awarded to McShane by Redwood Living Inc., a build-to-rent (BTR) developer and property management company headquartered in Independence, Ohio.
The upcoming development known as Redwood Crystal Lake will consist of 25 single-story townhome buildings featuring four to six units each. Mann Parsons Gray Architects have been selected to design the apartments which will offer spacious two-bedroom layouts with open-concept floorplans and private attached garages. The expected completion date for Redwood Crystal Lake is December 2024.
