McKinney Raytheon Facility Reaches Milestone with Topping Out Ceremony

Construction on Raytheon’s new manufacturing, lab and office building has now reached its full height. Crews recently celebrated the topping out of the 438,000 square foot facility in McKinney, Texas. Raytheon Intelligence & Space – a business unit of Raytheon Technologies – will occupy this seven-story building upon completion in early 2024 at an estimated cost of $200 million.

The project includes 259,200 square feet for general manufacturing and clean room space as well as 43,200 square feet per floor for offices. Additionally there is an elevated seventh floor observation tower included in the design by Corgan Architects with KDC serving as developer on this project.
