A prominent healthcare company is set to occupy a 300,000-square-foot industrial building constructed by Prologis. The site, located at 1800 S. 87th Avenue and acquired from Kroger for over $13 million in an all-cash transaction, will also feature office space.

According to the Phoenix Business Journal, the city’s planning and development department reviewed the build-to-suit project’s site plan last summer. HPA Architecture is responsible for designing the building while Hunter Engineering Inc., based in Scottsdale, serves as civil engineer. Willmeng Construction of Phoenix has been issued two building permits for this project in October.
