McCraney Property Co. Advances 1.3M-SF Industrial Park in West Charlotte

Despite numerous challenges, McCraney Property Co. is making steady progress on its plans to develop a 1.3 million-square-foot industrial park in West Charlotte. The project, known as Logistics 485 at The River District, has been in the works since the company purchased the land for $10.2 million in 2021. Since then, McCraney has faced a series of entitlement hurdles but is now moving closer to breaking ground.

A major component of the next phase involves building a new access road that will serve the sprawling industrial park. Once complete, the project will be capable of accommodating tenants in spaces ranging from 20,000 square feet to over 400,000 square feet.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Fermin Deoca and Matt Treble are overseeing leasing efforts for the development, helping to position the site as a major logistics and distribution hub in the region.

McCraney Property Co. brings more than 35 years of experience in designing, developing, and constructing warehouse, distribution, and flex space. The firm has delivered over 15 million square feet of industrial properties across key metro areas and transportation corridors in Florida, Georgia, and the Carolinas.
